Insurance on Assignment

We are now a participating provider of Cigna DPPO insurance, but we are not a participating provider for any other insurance company. We file insurance claims electronically for all other insurance companies as a convenience for our patients. Our patients are responsible for payment of account balances not paid by insurance.
