Michael Peer DDS
Dr. Peer is a native of Halifax County, Virginia. He attended Halifax County Junior High School when it was located at the Mary Bethune Complex, prior to its renovation, and Halifax County High School the final year it was housed at the current middle school site, before the new high school opened.
Dr. Peer is a graduate of Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, and strongly believes in pursuing continuing education above and beyond Board recommendations.
His post-graduate advanced training includes TMJ, the Dawson and Pankey philosophies, cosmetic dentistry and conscious sedation dentistry. Dr. Peer considers "satisfied, healthy patients to be my greatest asset."

As an active member of the community, Dr. Peer spends his spare time as a leader in his local church, as well as refereeing soccer games for HCMS, HCHS and other schools across the Southside.
