Financial Policies

In order for us to keep the cost of dental care down, payment for all services must be handled by one of the following flexible options:

• Payment by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted)
• Payment plan through Health Care Financing (Capital One Financing)   

Insurance on Assignment

We are not a participating provider for any insurance company.  We file insurance claims electronically as a convenience for our patients.  Our patients are responsible for payment of account balances not paid by insurance.
